No ability to get night person to answer phone for 48 minutes.

Checked in late at night as expected. Never offered internet. Call cause I could not get on line busy for 20 minutes. Called hotel and corporate and every number available, no one could help. It was very quiet and restful, best sleep I had gotten in awhile.

It did not have shampoo.

Restful sleep, quiet hotel, but hallways are smelly with old carpet.
